  • Our Neck Pain Relief Treatments

We’ll design a custom plan just for you—often combining multiple therapies to help you get relief faster and keep it that way.

    Muscle Restoration Therapy (MRT)

Neck pain is often caused by muscular imbalances, overuse, or tension patterns. MRT focuses on restoring proper muscle function to relieve pain at its source and rebalance your movement.

    SoftWave Therapy

Activates cellular repair and reduces inflammation using acoustic shockwave technology. Especially helpful for nerve-related or chronic neck pain.

    Class IV Laser Therapy

Targets deep tissue to reduce inflammation, promote healing, and support recovery from strain, injury, or joint degeneration.

    Acupuncture

Supports neck pain relief by calming the nervous system, reducing muscle tension, and improving blood flow.

    PEMF Therapy

Stimulates healing at the cellular level to help with pain, inflammation, and recovery—particularly effective for chronic pain or postural fatigue. You won’t have to figure this out on your own. We’ll help you choose the right combination of treatments for your goals and timeline.

    1. What causes neck pain?
In most clients we see, the root is muscular dysfunction and imbalance. When key stabilizers around the neck and shoulder blades don’t function properly, joints and discs must compensate, leading to stiffness, headaches, or radiating pain.
Ice or gentle movement can calm pain temporarily, but lasting relief comes from re-training dysfunctional muscles so they guide and support the neck correctly. Muscle Restoration Therapy (MRT) paired with SoftWave, Class IV Laser, or PEMF accelerates that process.
Side-specific pain usually means stabilizers on that side aren’t providing proper muscle function, letting joints pinch. Restoring proper muscle function and easing local inflammation balances the load and settles the pain.
That “crick” is often a protective spasm because certain support muscles shut off during sleep. Gentle active range, heat/ice contrast, and MRT to restart proper muscle function typically free the neck within a day or two.
Fix the mechanics: use a pillow that keeps your head level, avoid stomach sleeping, and do brief activation drills in the morning to restore proper muscle function before compensations set in again.
Back or side-lying with the head level to the spine is best. A small cervical roll under the neck curve lets stabilizers maintain proper function instead of fighting gravity all night.
Rarely. Seek medical care if neck pain comes with fever, unexplained weight loss, severe headache, chest pain, or recent trauma. Otherwise, mechanical and muscular dysfunction are far more common and respond well to conservative treatment.
When shoulder and neck stabilizers lack proper muscle function, nerves and joints get pinched during overhead moves. Restoring proper muscle function plus reducing inflammation removes the pinch and the pain.
Yes. Dysfunctional neck muscles can disrupt joint sensors that feed your balance system, producing cervicogenic dizziness. Restoring proper muscle function and improving neck motion often eases the spinning.
Simple mechanical neck pain can often be completely alleviated in one or two sessions. To ensure the pain doesn’t return—and to lock in proper muscle function—most clients benefit from 4–6 follow-up sessions focused on stabilization and habit retraining.
